What are the responsibilities and job description for the Middle School Traffic Controller 2026-2027 (Internal Only) position at Liberty Middle School?
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS: This position involves responsibility for directing traffic and helping children cross streets at an assigned post during hours when pupils are going to, and returning from, school. Incumbents are responsible for safely escorting children across streets or intersections. Work is generally performed independently with occasional direction from a superior.

Incumbents in this title may perform some or all of the following, as well as other related activities not described. Directs vehicular traffic; Assists children crossing streets; Instructs children concerning proper crossing places and precautions to be taken when crossing streets.
