Qualifications
- Hands-on locksmithing expertise, including Commercial Locksmith work and general Locksmithing skills.
- Experience with locks and hardware, including Cylinders and related components.
- Knowledge of Door Access systems, basic electronic access control, and secure entry solutions.
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and support clients in stressful situations.
- Prior field experience as a locksmith, maintenance technician, or similar trade role preferred.
- Ability to use locksmith tools and equipment safely and accurately, with attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for traveling to job sites within the New Orleans area.
- Ability to lift and carry tools and hardware, work on-site in various weather conditions, and follow safety guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications or locksmith training are a plus.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.
