Experience:
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in Locksmithing
· Identifying lock and door hardware and recommending solutions
· Basic electronic experience a plus
Job Responsibilities:
· Take ownership of Shop, Showroom, Warehouse and Bay Area
- Reordering/keeping showroom stocked with safes
- Making sure shop is stocked, inventory and keys
- Keeping tools in order and up to date
- Making sure area is clean and organized
- Make improvements as needed
· Be knowledgeable of safes, automotive, Key blanks, and shop equipment

· Maintain counter email
· Keep on top of Service Titan Counter calls
- Make sure jobs get completed and invoiced
- Make sure jobs get cleared in a timely manner
- Clocking in and out of dispatches to show time on/off
- Making sure will call shelf is cleared
· Delegate new counter jobs and project work to the manpower provided
- Let customer service know when manpower is needed
- Oversee quality and completion of work requested
· Maintain master key systems
- Make sure blind codes are marked as used
- Make sure authorized users are getting keys
- Keep files up to date
· Secure shop end of day
- Bay, shop and front door locked
- Warehouse door locked
- File cabinets locked
· Resolve customer problems/complaints
· Additional duties assigned by upper management
