Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Stocker to join our retail team. Duties
- Operate the cash register efficiently, processing customer transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selections..
- Upsell products when appropriate to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging merchandise.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure product availability and assist in restocking as needed.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to supervise daily operations and maintain a positive work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in liquor retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling cash register operations.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members.
