What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at Liberty Lift?
POSITION SUMMARY
The Service Technician will install and service beam pumping units.
RESPONSIBILITES
• Work with basic hand tools on daily basis
• Work outside on a daily basis for long hours, in extreme weather elements (extreme hot and extreme cold)
• Install, repair and maintain the operating condition of pumping units
• Maintain and perform safety inspections on equipment and tools.
• Repair or maintain the operating condition of pumping units
• Disassemble machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairs
• Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs
• Properly rig materials to be lifted
• Complete all required field paperwork for job location and DOT
• Understand and follow all Liberty Lift Standard Operating Procedures. Lock-out/Tag-out procedure
• Drive company trucks to and from job sites
• Maintain proper housekeeping of vehicles and job locations
• Assist in responsibility for the safety and welfare of the job site including fellow team members, customers and third
party vendor
• All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 2+ years of experience servicing and maintaining pumping units.

Physical Demands: This job is an active role; physical activity is required to stand, walk, sit, reach, carry, pull, lift or

talk and hear.
Work Environment: This job operates both indoors and outdoors and is exposed to changing weather conditions, such as
extreme hot or cold, rain, sun, wind, etc. This job works near moving mechanical parts and the noise level is moderate to
loud. This position may encounter overnight traveling.
