Senior Artificial Lift Sales Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY:

Liberty Lift Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Artificial Lift Sales Engineer to join our team. This individual

will serve as a technical sales representative, building strong customer relationships while offering expert knowledge of oil & gas

production and Artificial Lift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with all forms of artificial lift, well production,

engineering design, troubleshooting, and technical sales. This person would have the ability to communicate technical solutions in a

way that builds trust and drives business at the corporate and field levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the field regarding downhole rod pump services and products.

• Build, maintain, and grow customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

• Provide technical support and make informed recommendations based on customer needs.

• Communicate complex technical information clearly and professionally to customers and internal teams.

• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

• Collaborate with operations, shop, and field personnel to ensure seamless customer service.

• Accurately document all customer interactions, quotes, and sales activity.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 10 years production, artificial lift, engineering, and technical sales

• Bachelors of Engineering degree

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical issues in an understandable manner.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

• Team player who follows directions and contributes to group success.

• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.

• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and adaptable to varying field conditions

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Physical Demands: This job is a mostly sedentary role; however, moderate physical activity is occasionally required to stand,

walk, sit, reach, carry, pull, lift or otherwise move objects up to 25 pounds. Employee is required have specific vision abilities

which include close and distant vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employee

is also required to talk and hear.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. The noise level is moderate and in a well-lit area. This

role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phone, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax

machines. This position may encounter overnight traveling.
