Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, including closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management
- Perform wash/dry/fold service, assist customers with drop-off and pick-up
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent communication and cleaning skills;
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Demonstrated ability in customer service excellence, cash handling, and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of operational management including budgeting, pricing strategi
- Reliable transportation.
