WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Working full- or part-time between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm
- Completing high-quality, hands-on work during kitchen, bath, deck, addition, and other residential remodel projects
- Communicating with external trade professionals as needed to ensure a smooth and seamless project (plumbers, electricians, etc.)
- Prioritizing safety, quality, and thorough job completion
- Fully cleaning your work area once the project is done
- Giving your best to make customers happy
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 years of remodeling experience
- Solid carpentry, drywall, framing, trim, and finish skills
- Eye for detail and a drive to do your best
- Ability to work quickly, finish strong, and leave no loose ends
- Ability to follow plans, solve problems, and get the job done correctly
- Ability to take ownership of your work and accountability for your results
