Hotel Housekeeping Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and clean.
• Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities.
• Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial best practices is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
