We are looking for compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapists to join our Temp to Team (T3) program, affording you flexible employment with some perks of traditional employment, while working in a place you love! The T3 program is a commitment-based program offering a competitive base rate of $70/hr., comparable to travel agency rates. Commitment periods last 12-14 weeks with committed hours of 36 or 48 hours per week. T3 employees will have the opportunity to commit to additional T3 assignments if available OR may choose to continue employment in a permanent PRN, PT, or FT role.

Required Education/Training: Graduate of approved Respiratory Therapy program/school
Required Experience: Two (2) years' recent experience within a healthcare facility
Required Licensure/Certification/Registration: Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the state of Missouri; NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross); ACLS within six (6) months of employment
Rate of pay: $70/hr
