The University of Kansas Health System, Department of Emergency Medicine, is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine physician to join its team at the Liberty campus. This role supports the department’s mission to deliver the highest quality patient care while fulfilling teaching, research, and academic responsibilities.
About The Position
Serving the healthcare needs of the community for over 50 years, Liberty Hospital is a 204-licensed bed medical center and Level II trauma, STEMI and Stroke center. Facility includes a 20-bed Intensive care unit with intensivists. The hospital’s mission is to work in partnership with our community to improve the health, safety, and well-being of those we serve. The hospital has consistently received accolades from the regulatory bodies and rating agencies for its focus on quality and safety Since joining the University of Kansas Health System in July 2024, there have been significant investments made in the infrastructure as well as physician recruitment in addition to opening of the new Cancer Center on campus.
