SUMMARY: Manages all volunteer activities; oversees projects, scheduling of staff/volunteers and gives direction to the hospital with regards to use of volunteers and volunteer services. Oversees gift shop operations and Guest Services.
Required Education/Training: High School Diploma
Required Experience: Experience working with adolescent and adult volunteers; solid computer/telephone skills
Preferred Education/Training: Associate's degree in management or other relevant field
Preferred Experience: Previous supervisory/management experience in a volunteer setting
Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: Professional certification in volunteer administration/management
