LIBERTY SENIOR LIVING is currently seeking an experienced: MOVE-IN COORDINATOR # Full Time, Days JOB SUMMARY: Develop and sustain customer relationships throughout the sales process to successfully manage and execute the move in process. Complete move in paperwork with new resident or responsible party and ensure it#s uploaded to applicable systems in a timely fashion. Provide excellent customer service, have attention to detail and communicate move-in dates and times with teammates to ensure a positive customer experience. Conduct follow up and follow through on activities in an effort to retain prospects and new residents. Conduct on site sales and lead tours as needed. Conduct off site sales appointments and outreach activities as directed. Support and participate in sales events for prospects and residents that may be on or off-site. Interact with lead sources, prospects and residents through a variety of outreach, sales functions and in-community activities. Required to learn and utilize the CRM system to record and track all prospect engagement as prospects move through the sales cycle. Strive to achieve and/or exceed goals related to prospect activities, scheduling/facilitating tours, achieving priority partners and occupancy. Work cooperatively with other departments for the benefit of the new resident to transition to the community in a stress-free environment. Maintain confidentiality of medical information and/or contact information. Must know and comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Liberty Senior Living and its communities. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. # JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a college degree (A.A. or Bachelor#s) in Marketing, Business Administration or related. 2 years# previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred. Must have excellent interpersonal, communication skills with the prospects, visitors, residents and staff. Maintains positive attitude, tone and atmosphere while being conscientious, trustworthy, dependable and punctual. Must treat each prospect, visitors, residents, staff and your supervisor with courteousness and respect. Must demonstrate neat appearance and good personal hygiene and set example for other staff by wearing appropriate uniform/attire and nametag as established by supervisor. Must know and follow fire and safety protocols, infection control practices and wearing of protective equipment. Must attend all required in-service training. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
