RECEPTIONIST
Job Description
- Answers incoming calls and directs visitors and families to the requested/appropriate areas.
- Receives and distributes the mail to all departments daily.
- Receives and delivers any packages(flowers etc.) within the facility.
- Assures that outgoing mail is sent daily and postage is available at all times.
- Performs typing, data entry, and secretarial duties as needed.
- Assists visitors, families and employees as needed.
- Watches the front lobby
- All other duties are assigned
- High school graduate with clerical experience.
- Valid NC Driver’s License.
- Team player with a positive and considerate attitude.
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Knowledge of computers.
- Excellent communication skills.
