Join our team as a Receiving Clerk and play a key role in making sure our products get where they need to go! If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and like working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Check in deliveries using warehouse systems and paperwork.
- Make sure shipments match what we ordered—track and verify purchase orders.
- Work with the Logistics team if anything’s missing or off.
- Help sort out unidentified packages and keep the process moving.
- Communicate with our Asia-based team to fix any receiving issues.
- Pitch in with the team to hit daily productivity goals.
- Help out on the dock as needed, including unloading trucks.
- Spend time inside containers (about 20% of your day).
- Lift and move items up to 50 pounds safely and regularly.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 6–12 months of experience working in a warehouse or with shipping/receiving paperwork.
- Basic computer skills—you should be comfortable with email, data entry, and using programs like Excel.
- Someone who communicates well and can work with people across different teams.
- Experience with forklifts or walkie riders is a big plus!
- Familiarity with systems like Blue Yonder and using an RF scanner is helpful, but not required.
