Pay: $20-$25/Hour (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities
- Rent units & increase occupancy
- Manage accounts receivable & process payments
- Deliver excellent customer service to new & existing customers
- Maintain a clean and organized facility
- Explain lease agreements clearly to customers
- Handle daily paperwork, deposits, and filing
- Update spreadsheets, data entry, and business files
- Occasionally lift & pack boxes (up to 35 lbs)
- Assist with minor maintenance/handyman tasks
- Respond to emergency situations
- 3 years in Customer Service
- 3 years in Sales
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong communication in fluent English
- Proficiency in Gmail, Microsoft Word, & Excel
- Excellent customer service & sales abilities
- Must have Valid Driver’s License
- Must be available weekends & holidays
