Liberty Graphics, an iconic brand celebrated for its high-quality, eco-friendly apparel, is seeking an experienced Screen Printer to join our Production Team. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience operating a fully automatic carousel T-shirt printing press who takes pride in producing exceptional prints with efficiency and precision.

A positive attitude, and the flexibility to help wherever needed are essential to success in this critical role. Supervisory or lead printer experience is preferred.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time or Part-Time considered, Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a fully automatic carousel screen printing press for T-shirts, tea towels, and tote bags
• Set up and tear down jobs, including registration, and screen preparation
• Monitor and inspect prints to ensure quality, consistency, and color accuracy
• Train or assist other team members as needed; support a collaborative production environment
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Cross-train in other production areas to support workflow from receiving through shipping

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in screen printing, including automatic press operation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Supervisory or coaching/mentoring experience a plus
• Comfortable with physical work and repetitive tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 25–50 lbs repetitively
• Comfortable standing for long period
• Exposure to fabric particles and water-based inks
