What You’ll Be Doing
As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the main point of contact between customers and our service team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle concerns
- Communicating recommended services and timelines clearly
- Working closely with technicians to ensure accurate repairs
- Keeping customers updated throughout the service process
- Preparing and managing repair orders
- Explaining completed work and associated costs
- Building lasting relationships with customers
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications include:
- Previous customer service experience (automotive experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Valid driver’s license
