Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Bowling Green, KY. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting members with mortgage loan inquiries, originations, and applications. Responsibilities include evaluating creditworthiness, underwriting mortgage applications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The Mortgage Loan Officer will also provide exceptional customer service, offer suitable mortgage options, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the loan process.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Loan Officer in the mortgage industry
- Familiarity with mortgage lending and underwriting practices
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus
- Certifications in mortgage loan origination are advantageous
