Liberty Operations is a small, family-owned business operating a commercial irrigated farm and two local car washes. We take pride in our work, care about doing things right, and are always looking for ways to improve.
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on person to help run our farm and maintain our car washes. If you enjoy agriculture, operating equipment, fixing things, and a variety of work, we’d like to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
- Operate farm equipment, including skid steers, tractors, planters, and cultivators.
- Help with planting, irrigation, and harvest.
- Repair and maintain trucks, tractors, pumps, diesel and small engines, augers, and pivots.
- Perform maintenance and repairs at our two local car washes.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with additional hours and weekends as needed during busy farming seasons. Sundays are reserved for time off unless there’s an emergency.
Pay and benefits:
- $20–$35 per hour, depending on experience
- Overtime pay
- Two weeks of paid vacation
- Farm vehicle and fuel provided

We value reliability, initiative, a willingness to learn, and taking good care of equipment. Farming and mechanical experience are a plus.
