Role Description
This is a full-time for a Lead Installer. The Lead Installer will be responsible for managing and leading a team of installers, installing and servicing various home improvement products such as Siding, Windows, Roofing, Gutters, Doors, Decks, Awnings, Light Construction, Soffit, Fascia, Custom Trim, and ensuring all installations meet or exceed company installation standards.
Qualifications
Experience in the home improvement or construction industry
Ability to lead and manage a team of installers
Proficient in the use of basic tools such as drills, saws, and hammers
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Ability to read and interpret installation diagrams and instructions
Attention to detail and ability to perform quality work
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Carpentry or construction-related education or training is a plus
