Job Description
We are currently seeking candidates for a Project Manager. Candidates must be experienced professional project managers in the Site Development construction industry, and ideally have had some field experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as superior planning and organizational abilities are required. Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Project management leadership for construction projects: managing construction efforts while ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of architects, owners, and other clients.
- Generate and maintain the project’s schedule, budget, and supporting documents (RFIs, Deliverables, etc.). Monitor the progress of these to ensure successful delivery of all projects on schedule.
- Control project financial performance and take appropriate steps to drive satisfactory performance on project.
- Prepare and negotiate all project agreements (based on existing company standard documents); ensure all parties understand the contents and limitations of agreement, subsequent Change Orders, etc.
Five or more year's experience in the site development / construction industry required. Experience with Viewpoint and HCSS software is a plus!
