Job Summary
Liberty Elementary School District is seeking a highly qualified and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral, social-emotional, and developmental needs in a TK–8 educational setting. The BCBA will work closely with the School Psychologist, Special Education staff, teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective behavior support systems that promote student success in the least restrictive environment. The BCBA will provide expertise in behavior assessment, intervention design, staff training, data analysis, and crisis prevention strategies while helping build the district's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field. • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans. • Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and special education regulations. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
