What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Title Teacher - Liberty position at Liberty Elementary School?
This position would support a comprehensive, data driven MTSS framework by ensuring consistent intervention, progress monitoring, and collaboration to improve student outcomes in math.
12:00-3:30
MTSS Tier 3 - Intensive small group or individualized pull out instructor for students demonstrating significant skill deficits, based on data and progress monitoring.
Progress Monitoring - Conduct progress monitoring using research-based assessment tools to track student progress and adjust instruction rs to review STAR and other assessment data, identify students needs, and support instructional planning
Intervention Planning - Design and implement targeted, evidence based, interventions aligned to identified skill deficient.
MTSS Team Participation - this would be on a monthly basis to work with classroom teachers, contribute data and insights, as well as recommendations on movement with the tiered system of support..
Documentation and Compliance - Maintain accurate record of interventions, progress monitoring, and student outcomes
Student groupings will be determined based on data analysis and identified sill needs, allowing for flexible, responsive grouping rather than a fixed number of students
