What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journeyman Electrician position at Liberty Electric Co LLC?
We’re looking for an experienced electrician to join our team for industrial and commercial service work. This is a hands-on service position. You’ll be working out of one of our company service trucks, handling installations, repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting in the field. Responsibilities: Perform electrical service, maintenance, and repair work in industrial and commercial settings Occasional residential service work as needed Troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently and safely Install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment, wiring, and controls Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers Keep service truck organized and maintained Follow NEC, safety standards, and company procedures Requirements: Solid, real-world electrical experience (journeyman-level skills) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Knowledge of NEC and safe work practices Valid driver’s license with a decent driving record (company truck provided) Ability to work independently and manage service calls Reliable, punctual, and professional
