Located on a 27-acre campus, it includes a training facility, dog housing, an administrative and multipurpose building, and accommodations for Veterans staying on campus to train with their Liberty Service Dogs.
Position Summary
We are seeking someone who is detail oriented with good organizational and follow-through skills to perform housekeeping duties in a unique environment. The ideal candidate will provide a high standard of housekeeping services while being mindful of the warm, personal atmosphere of a home and must be comfortable occasionally interacting with guests. Our state-of-the-art campus is brand new, with accommodations for guests that include 20 individual suites, fitness center, dining hall and a great room.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform all housekeeping needs including daily cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas (living room, dining room, entryways, etc.)
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and household items
- Ensure all areas are neat, organized, and welcoming for guests
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
- Launder/Iron items for campus needs.
- Respect privacy while being friendly and responsive to guest needs
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous housekeeping experience in a private home, inn, or hotel setting
- High attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Good communications skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of personal space and property
- Friendly and professional demeanor; comfortable interacting with guests
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed
- Basic computer skill (task tracking, calendaring, email, etc.)
- Written and spoken English fluency is required
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Physically demanding role — includes standing, bending, and moving throughout the day
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 35 pounds on a regular basis
- May involve occasional outdoor tasks
- Overtime may occasionally be required
- Willingness to take on special projects as requested
- Ability to report to work earlier and/or stay later with short notice on occasion.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong work ethic, integrity, initiative, and discretion
- Ability to operate independently and work as an integral part of a team within prescribed performance guidelines
- Excellent time management skills
