We are a growing lawn, landscape, and snow removal company seeking an experienced and motivated Lawn Care Foreman who wants more than just a job. The ideal candidate will be able to confidently perform all daily lawn care operations. This is the minimum experience requirement for this position.

Lawn Care Foreman Responsibilities
- Drive company truck and trailer
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and lawn maintenance services
- Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Document completed work using our lawn care management app
- Identify damaged or defective equipment and report for repair
- Perform snow removal services including plowing, snow blowing, and salting
Future Management Responsibilities May Include
- Estimating and quoting new work
- Preparing proposals and bids
- Scheduling crews and creating efficient routes
- Managing employees, equipment, supplies, and subcontractors
- Improving systems and processes
- Building customer relationships and growing the customer base
Requirements
- Lawn care and landscaping experience required
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable driving trucks with trailers
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and people skills
- Reliable transportation and cellphone
