Preschool/Pre-K Teacher
Liberty Classical Academy is a Christian, classical Preschool-12th grade private school with two locations in White Bear Lake and Hugo, MN, and we are adding to our tremendous team of experienced and talented teachers! We are accepting applications for Preschool/Pre-K Teachers beginning in the fall of 2025.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the Classical curriculum.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes love for God and loving relationships.
- Encourage a positive learning environment that promotes student participation.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a structured atmosphere.
- Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and maintain open communication with parents and caregivers.
- Monitor and document children's progress and development and provide regular feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Participate in professional development opportunities.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and administrative staff to support the overall educational experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching young children in an early childhood setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
