Join us as a Management Associate to champion the mission of providing access to community solar and clean energy solutions. Our sales and business consulting framework will train the Management Associate to develop outreach campaigns that empower residents with cleaner energy and savings.
As a Management Associate, you will be immersed in the complete customer journey for Arcadia, managing everything from lead generation to onboarding and ongoing client support. This Management Associate position is designed to build your expertise in campaign leadership and performance analytics, creating a foundation for a career in sustainable sales strategy.
Responsibilities of the Management Associate:
- Execute structured outreach campaigns across assigned zones to position Arcadia’s clean energy and utility data solutions for households and small businesses.
- Assess client needs by analyzing energy usage, budget priorities, and sustainability goals to align Arcadia’s platform offerings with long-term impact.
- Present tailored service proposals and manage the full acquisition cycle—including lead generation, contract execution, provisioning coordination, and activation delivery.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by logging pipeline movement, account status, and engagement milestones to support campaign tracking and performance forecasting.
- Coordinate onboarding and provisioning workflows to ensure timely activation and service continuity across Arcadia’s platform-enabled accounts.
- Analyze territory performance and share Management Associateinsights to refine outreach strategy, improve conversion rates, and support long-term client retention.
Qualifications of the Management Associate:
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, marketing, or communications preferred to support clean energy outreach and client engagement.
- Experience in sales, outreach, or client acquisition—ideally within energy, telecom, or subscription-based platforms.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to guide service decisions and contribute to Arcadia’s enrollment goals across residential and commercial accounts.
- CRM proficient; maintains clean, actionable data to support pipeline tracking, campaign visibility, and performance forecasting across Arcadia’s platform.
- Comfortable operating within structured workflows and activation protocols to drive enrollment velocity and meet clean energy adoption benchmarks.

Pay: $3,463.55 - $5,988.36 per month
