Entry Level Customer Sales Representative

As we grow, we're looking for Entry Level Customer Sales Representatives who are passionate about helping others and thrive in face-to-face communication. In this role, your main responsibility is to ensure every customer receives clear, accurate, and friendly support as they explore and enroll in our home improvement services.

What You’ll Do as the Entry Level Customer Sales Representative

• Serve as the first point of contact for retail customers interested in our client's home improvement services and products
• Provide one-on-one support to walk customers through service details, promotions, and enrollment
• Answer questions with patience and clarity, making the sales process understandable and accessible
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions using digital tracking tools

What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Customer Sales Representative

• Strong communication and people-first mindset
• A calm, helpful attitude when handling questions or concerns
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus—but not required
• Must be 18 and eligible to work in the U.S.
