Key Responsibilities:Coaching and Instruction:
- Help Plan, organize, and conduct practices and training sessions effectively.
- Teach sportspecific skills, strategies, rules, and teamwork principles.
- Assist with developing game plans and manage gameday strategies.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Assist in scheduling games, practices, and team events.
- Submit required documentation promptly, including attendance records, injury reports, and equipment needs.
- Coordinate with the Athletic Department on logistics for competitions and equipment.
- Stay current with sportspecific coaching techniques and trends.
- Previous coaching experience or knowledge of the specified sport.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to fostering spiritual growth consistent with the school's religious mission.
- Relevant coaching certification or training (e.g., CPR, First Aid, sportspecific certifications).
