Responsibilities
- Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math, science, social studies, and Bible , tailored to the developmental levels of 3rd and 4th-grade students
- Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies that promote respect, cooperation, and enthusiasm for learning
- Utilize learning technology tools to enhance instructional delivery and support diverse learning styles.
- Incorporate early childhood education principles and childhood development strategies to ensure age-appropriate instruction.
- Engage in communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and achievements to foster a strong home-school connection
- Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with children in elementary education settings is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and classroom management techniques
- Proven ability to mentor students effectively while maintaining a nurturing environment that supports behavioral management and social-emotional learning.
