Job Overview
Liberty Christian Academy is seeking a full-time Middle School STEM Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. This position will teach mathematics and science in a self-contained middle school setting, with a focus on developing clear thinking, problem-solving, and intellectual maturity.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily instruction in middle school mathematics and science
- Emphasize reasoning, precision, and problem-solving in all instruction
- Encourage thoughtful discussion, inquiry, and intellectual curiosity
- Teach students habits of responsibility, independence, and attentive work
- Integrate Scripture and a Christian worldview throughout instruction
- Assess student progress and communicate regularly with parents
- Maintain lesson plans and student records
- Participate in faculty meetings and school events
- Support the mission and culture of Liberty Christian Academy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Mathematics, Science, or Education preferred)
- Classroom teaching experience preferred
- Strong reading and writing instruction skills
- Ability to maintain a structured and attentive classroom
- Commitment to Christian education
- Agreement with the school's statement of faith
- Willingness to grow in classical teaching methods
