SUBSTITUTE COORDINATOR
Location: District-Wide
Anticipated Start Date: 2025-26 SY

Stipend: $13,000 Annually
JOB DESCRIPTION: Arrange substitutes for faculty and staff positions in all three buildings from a list that is supplied from WinCap and previously BOE approved minutes (not to include custodial or FSW)
The Sub Coordinator is expected to have availability to receive calls, texts or emails. The Coordinator may also, on occasion, be called during the school day, if a substitute doesn't show up, or if the teacher or administrator is looking to fulfill a certain request.
EXPECTED WORK ACTIVITIES:
For known absences, where practicable, the substitute coordinator shall contact substitutes during the evening before the absence where possible.
Substitute Coordinator shall make substitute arrangements, as needed, outside of the regular work day;
Substitute Coordinator shall arrange for substitutes for staff members who submit their leave requests in Wincap by 6:30 am on the day the coverage is requested.
Substitute Coordinator shall be available to communicate with substitutes and building administrators via text, email and telephone;
Substitute Coordinator shall have a method of tracking days worked by substitutes as well as staff who submit leave requests in Wincap.
Substitute Coordinator shall send an email every day by 7:15 a.m. to building administrators and secretaries indicating the staff members who have requested time off as well as the status of the substitute coverage.
