Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Client Services based in Tustin, CA. The Director of Client Services will oversee and enhance client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across all interactions. Responsibilities include managing the client services team, analyzing service processes to improve efficiency, addressing client needs and concerns, and fostering a client-centric culture. Collaboration with other departments to maintain and improve service standards will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Client Services, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess service performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Experience in Team Management, fostering collaboration, and leading diverse teams to deliver results.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and maintain high service standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 5 years plus prior experience in the financial services industry is required
• Experienced with Redtail. Morningstar,EMoney, M/S Office
