Experienced Line Cook – Breakfast & Lunch | Liberty Cafe

We're Looking for Cooks Who Take Pride in Their Work.

Liberty Cafe is a locally owned, independent breakfast and lunch restaurant in St. George, and we're looking for experienced cooks to join our kitchen team.

We're not a corporate chain, and we're not interested in cutting corners. We've built our reputation around great food, generous portions, consistency, and genuine hospitality.

Our kitchen moves fast. We need people who know how to cook, stay organized under pressure, communicate with their team, and take pride in every plate that leaves the line.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare breakfast and lunch dishes quickly, accurately, and consistently.
• Manage multiple orders during busy service without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workstation.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures.
• Assist with daily prep, inventory rotation, opening, and closing duties.
• Work alongside the team to keep service running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Previous professional cooking experience required. Breakfast and high-volume line experience are strongly preferred.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen and busy rushes.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
• Ability to follow established standards while also taking initiative.
• Clean, organized work habits and attention to detail.
• A team-first attitude with no room for unnecessary drama.
• Weekend availability is required.
