What You'll Do
- Drive Profitable Growth: Meticulously analyze ad set performance against breakeven goals, identify root causes of performance shifts, and formulate expert recommendations for optimizing and scaling campaigns.
- Master Subscription Economics: Develop and maintain dynamic cash-flow models to ensure profitable subscriber acquisition, manage churn, and advise on optimal reinvestment strategies. You'll be the authority on our marketing spend's overall profitability.
- Ensure Data Excellence: Proactively audit advertising accounts, collaborate on campaign configurations, and scrutinize funnel data to ensure accuracy, identify vulnerabilities, and optimize for algorithmic learning and accurate reporting.
- Strategic Impact & Communication: Continuously identify systemic improvement opportunities across our marketing and subscription model (e.g., renewals, churn reduction, CRO). You'll translate complex findings into clear, compelling, and actionable insights for leadership, driving significant business impact.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced Analyst: 5 years in a strategic growth or marketing analyst role, with deep expertise in subscription-based business models.
- Data Platform Master: Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and expert-level experience with Shopify analytics.
- Analytical Rigor: Exceptional ability to perform detailed profitability, cash flow, and cohort analyses with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strategic Mindset: Innate understanding of subscription marketing mechanics and the ability to translate data into profitable growth recommendations.
- Communication Powerhouse: Outstanding ability to simplify complex financial and analytical concepts for diverse audiences.
