- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office
- Assist with preparing bids / proposals
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain and update calendars for the office
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle vendor management, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
- Ensure efficient operation of office equipment and systems
- Oversee front desk activities, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Assist with file management and organization
```Qualifications```
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong vendor management skills
-Payroll experience is a plus
- Previous experience in office management or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
