This role involves managing a pipeline of unsecured loans, ensuring compliance with product guidelines, and working closely with customers to facilitate the loan closing process. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Review and Manage Loan Pipeline: Oversee a pipeline of unsecured loans, ensuring timely processing and follow-up to meet closing deadlines.
- Understand Product Guidelines: Maintain a thorough understanding of unsecured loan product guidelines and ensure all loans comply with these standards.
- Customer Interaction: Work directly with customers to gather necessary documentation, answer inquiries, and provide updates on loan status.
- Loan Closing: Coordinate with various departments to ensure all conditions are met for loan closing, and facilitate the closing process.
- Risk Identification: Identify potential fraud and other risks associated with unsecured loans, and take appropriate actions to mitigate these risks.
- Compliance: Ensure all loan processing activities adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards.
- Documentation: Accurately document all loan processing activities and maintain organized records for audit purposes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve loan processing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing or a related role, preferably with unsecured loans.

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
