What You Will Do
As a Service Coordinator, you will help keep the Service Department running smoothly while providing a positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining rental vehicles, including availability, cleanliness, and documentation
- Scheduling and coordinating mobile service visits to ensure timely and efficient service
- Communicating clearly with customers, service advisors, and technicians
- Updating customer and vehicle information accurately in dealership systems
- Handling phone calls, emails, and customer follow‑ups
- Supporting the service team with administrative and coordination tasks
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone dependable and customer‑focused who enjoys working as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
- Previous automotive, rental, or service experience is a plus—but not required
