What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
- Demonstrate Ford vehicles, features, and technology
- Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
- Prepare quotes and explain financing options
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Deliver vehicles and ensure customers understand vehicle features
- Complete daily CRM follow-up activities and customer outreach
- Achieve Ford Sales Associate Certification within 90 days
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn

- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license meeting dealership insurability requirements
