Director of Program Administration
FLSA: Exempt
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
Physical Requirements: Normal office environment
Hours of Work: Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM, 37.5 hours per week. Additional hours as needed.
Job Summary: Oversee administrative operations of major operational programs. These include Residential and Day programs, Self- Direction, Community Habilitation, Recreation, Respite and Family Support Services programs. The Director of Program Administration provides operational leadership, fosters a culture of excellence, and ensures the efficient operation and overall performance of Liberty ARC's programs as assigned. This position is responsible for operationalizing initiatives, fostering collaboration, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree in a related field preferred.
- Ten years of progressive administrative experience is required. At least five years oversight of operations programs in an organization supporting people with developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.
- Five years of administrative supervisory experience is required.
- Must demonstrate proven leadership, communication and fiscal skills.
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
- Valid NYS Driver's License that meets agency requirements, and reliable transportation.
Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure that departmental goals and strategic objectives are maintained and completed for:
- Residential Programs
- Day support programs
- Family support services, respite and recreation programs, Community Habilitation
- Self-Directed Services
- Oversee supervision of all associated employees
- Establish departmental budgets, monitor and achieve financial goals in all applicable programs.
- Provide administrative oversight to ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are updated and followed, to maintain quality and to support our mission.
- Ensure above services and programs are in compliance with OPWDD, OFPC, NYS and Federal requirements.
- Participate on both internal and external committees, and boards, to collaborate, benchmark and advance department and agency practices.
- Ensure Liberty's values and person-centered approach are implemented throughout all programs to ensure quality and excellence for people supported and our staff

Salary : $120,090 - $162,500
