What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treatment Technician - Midnight to 8am (Friday and Saturday) Part time position at Libertae, Inc?
We at Libertae are looking for Part Time Treatment Technicians for Friday and Saturday (Midnight to 8am) to join our highly successful, dynamic, and growing team.
They will report directly to the Treatment Technician Supervisor.
The Treatment Technician will support residents through mentoring and modeling responsible behavior, oversee and assist residents' daily activities to include de-escalation of conflicts and basic crisis management.
Treatment Techs do hourly checks on all clients and in some cases every 15-30 minute checks.
Libertae is staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week. After 4pm when most other staff leave, the Treatment Tech teams are here to manage the facility. We do offer an on-call manager that is contacted for emergencies.
Midnight to 8am - Hourly rate $20.00

Position Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Absolutely required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to drive our passenger vans (up to 16 passenger van) safely
- Ability to obtain Act 33 (Child Abuse) and Act 34 (Criminal History) clearances, pre-employment and random drug screens
- Good communication skills
- Basic work experience and training that will provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job functions listed
- Must have a full range of motion and physical abilities necessary to conduct rounds safely (walk the facilities)
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time (at least 2 hours), lift light boxes (20 pounds) and climb stairs
If you also have drug and alcohol and/or mental health knowledge, it would be very helpful for this position.
We will provide training for CPR as well as other trainings required by the Department of Health and Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs.
