Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to diverse populations.
- Demonstrated skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including intake evaluations, diagnostic formulation, and treatment planning.
- Understanding of Medicine as it relates to behavioral health, including psychopharmacology awareness and collaboration with medical providers.
- Current, unrestricted license as a Psychologist in the state of Maryland (or eligibility for licensure within a defined timeframe).
- Experience providing evidence-based therapies in outpatient or community-based settings, preferably with medically underserved groups.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and relevant ethical and professional practice standards within healthcare environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear clinical documentation and collaborative communication with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Beltsville, MD, with strong organizational skills, reliability, and professional conduct.
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an accredited institution.
