Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize problem spaces: Identify the highest-impact opportunities across customers and workflows
- Lead complex, cross-functional engagements: Drive discovery, design, and delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Set direction for agent design: Guide solution architecture and key tradeoffs, including customization vs standardization
- Own execution across initiatives: Ensure alignment, momentum, and delivery predictability across multi-threaded efforts
- Build and improve delivery systems: Establish frameworks for scoping, execution, measurement, and quality
- Translate patterns into platform: Turn cross-customer learnings into product and platform improvements
- Influence roadmap and strategy: Shape product and technical direction based on field insights
- Raise the bar across the team: Improve standards for product thinking, execution rigor, and delivery excellence
Must have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (required)
- 8–12 years of experience across product, solutions, consulting, or technical leadership roles
- Deep experience leading complex, customer-facing implementations or transformations
- Strong ability to connect business problems to scalable technical solutions
- Track record of driving both product direction and execution across teams
- Experience managing large, multi-threaded initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and influence across technical and executive audiences
- Experience with AI/ML systems, automation platforms, or highly technical SaaS products
- Background in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries
- Experience shaping product strategy from field or customer insights
- Familiarity with building scalable systems or platform capabilities from repeated deployments
Salary : $160,000 - $235,000
