We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Quick Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire services, and vehicle diagnostics. Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various makes and models of vehicles.
- Conduct tire services, including rotations, alignments, and replacements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks effectively.
- Diagnose automotive issues using appropriate diagnostic equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
- Assist in sales of additional services based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services.
- Engage in heavy lifting as needed for vehicle maintenance tasks.
Skills
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong background in automotive repair and service technician experience.
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics with a solid understanding of mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures, including oil changes and tire services.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
