About the Role
Libera Capital Group is expanding our acquisitions team and seeking a driven, resourceful Acquisitions Associate to help discover and secure new opportunities—both on-market and off-market.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the investment and development side of real estate while working directly with an active acquisitions and development company.
As an Independent Contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to work your own schedule while playing a key role in identifying land, residential properties, unfinished builds, and value-add opportunities across Southwest Florida.

Responsibilities
• Source on-market and off-market real estate opportunities through platforms, cold outreach, networking, and fieldwork.
• Analyze properties for investment potential, including comps, zoning, and highest-and-best-use suitability.
• Maintain and organize a pipeline of leads within our acquisitions CRM.
• Conduct initial seller communication, gather property information, and prepare opportunities for underwriting.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to negotiate contracts and structure deals.
• Assist with due diligence items such as permits, site conditions, and county records.
• Represent the company professionally when speaking with property owners, brokers, investors, and other stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Reliable follow-up and ability to manage a consistent pipeline.
• Interest in real estate acquisitions, investing, or development.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• Real Estate License (Florida preferred).
• 2 years of experience in real estate, sales, cold calling, wholesaling, or related field.
• Familiarity with land acquisition, construction, or development processes.
