We are currently accepting applications for a Registered Dental Assistant position.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, takes pride and ownership of their work, has a sense of urgency, and is willing to be a team player. This is a fee for service (FFS) dental practice, so that we may deliver exceptional patient care, located in Mission Valley. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must!
Our team is enthusiastic, friendly, compassionate, and committed to the mission of delivering high quality general and cosmetic dentistry. Office hours are Monday - Tuesday from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Wednesday - Thursday from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, and Friday 9:00 - 1:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
- Has at least 5 years of experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and have a team oriented attitude
- Greeting Patients and making them feel welcome and comfortable in the chair
- Discussing Providers recommended treatment and creating value
- Work with Digital Patient Charts and checking medical history
- Setting up and breaking down restorative and surgical set ups
- Building a strong rapport with every patient
- Sterilizing instruments, stocking rooms, and cleaning equipment
- Providing top exceptional customer service and patient care
- Being a brand ambassador for the business by building relationships
Qualifications:
- Equivalent to High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), and specified training courses mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration
- Registered Dental Assistant Certification
