WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive kitchen operations that are consistent, efficient, and always guest-first
- Lead menu development and culinary innovation that reflects our brand's standards
- Build and develop a high-performing culinary team through hands-on coaching and mentorship
- Own food cost management, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards without exception
- Contribute to brand presence using our tech-forward systems - scheduling platforms, cloud-based tools, and social media
- Champion the Lib's core values on the floor, every shift
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5 years of kitchen leadership experience
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Comfort with modern kitchen tech and operational tools
- Ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
