We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team across multiple locations in Nebraska. As a key member of our patient care staff, you will provide direct nursing care, support, and advocacy for patients while ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and administer treatments, medications, and procedures as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients progress and respond to changes in their condition promptly.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, wellness, and post-care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and quality protocols.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Nebraska or eligibility for licensure.
- Proven experience as an RN in a hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced certifications such as ACLS, PALS, etc. a plus).
